A few weeks ago I digitally salivated over the fruits available in Nicaragua. At the time, dragonfruit (here known as pitaya) was coming into season. I’ve since had my first dragonfruit:

I’ll leave a brief review: very similar to kiwi, except that it dyes your pee red, like fruit punch red.
